YOUR LIFE DOESN'T HAVE TO STAY ON AUTOPILOT. THERAPY CAN HELP YOU MOVE THROUGH IT WITH MORE CLARITY, NOT JUST MORE ENDURANCE.
I understand what it's like to keep moving forward while carrying pressure that isn't always visible to the people around you. Military service, cultural transitions, and high-demand work can all shape how you show up, often without you realizing it.
This practice was built for people who are expected to hold it together, professionals, veterans, immigrants, and anyone managing more than one culture or role at once, even when the pressure adds up faster than they can process it.
YOU'VE BEEN MANAGING THIS ON YOUR OWN FOR A WHILE. MAYBE IT'S TIME TO BRING IN SOMEONE WHO ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS THE WEIGHT OF IT.
As an immigrant, I know that adapting to new environments, identities, and expectations can shape a person in real ways, especially when you're trying to stay strong and keep functioning through it all. My military background and later clinical work added another layer to that understanding, showing me how often people carry stress and pressure beneath the surface while still meeting the demands of daily life.
Therapy here isn't about becoming a different person. It's about understanding what's actually driving the strain, and building a way of responding to it that holds up in your daily life, not just in the session.
I bring clinical training into the room, but also lived experience, with military service, immigration, and building a life across more than one culture. I built this practice for people who are used to being the ones others rely on, and who are ready for a space that's actually theirs.
A LICENSED THERAPIST, VETERAN, AND professional WHO KNOWS WHAT IT MEANS TO KEEP GOING
Before we can change a pattern, we have to actually see it. Part of the work is slowing down enough to understand what's really driving the stress, the burnout, or the disconnect you're feeling.
You don't have to over-explain your world for me to understand it. Military life, immigration, and high-pressure careers all come with context that matters, and that context shapes how we approach the work together.
Insight only goes so far if it doesn't change anything. I use practical, evidence-based approaches, including CBT, ACT, and solution-focused therapy, to help what we talk about actually hold up in your daily life.
